Very poorly packaged and resultantly arrived smashed to pieces (a thin piece of cardboard wrapped around the item in a huge plastic bag). I would suggest that you buy some bubble wrap and find a box to dispatch items in. There was no apology from the seller. The response "you win some, you lose some" Poor attitude and I wondered whether I should have left negative feedback

The seller left feedback telling me to "get over it". When I asked him how he expected the glasses to arrive in tact, his attitude was "some you win some you lose". He really needs to learn some manners. If you're buying from him, ask him to pack your purchase with care or it will end up being delivered in bits. I wont be buying from this guy again.
