my experience with this seller involved a partial refund of the product that I purchased. I found the packaging appropriate which is a positive to note. Due to the item not matching the auction image, I requested a return. I uploaded an image of what the item ought to look like in comparison to the item I received. Seller proposed a partial refund which I did end up accepting.
