Item exactly what was listed actually in better condition than ex-display. Packed very very well absolutely no damage in transit as a bulky item. Carrier DHL so tracking available for entire journey, the delivery was delayed but that was down to DHL. Overall delighted with item, and the communication was very attentive when I asked any questions.
