It arrived intact, with minor damage from postage, extremely well packaged and cheap. Was very good running and accurately described. I was hesitant as most Bachman 105s are upward of £200 but this was perfect. Postage was a bit expensive, but I guess that’s just sellers choice.

    Excellent model - with one strange hiccup

    Nice model, cosmetically excellent and runs and pulls well. Found to have pair of phosphor-bronze drawbar wiper pickups bent back (see photo). On straightening to make intended contact with tender (I have other locos with this system), the loco failed to run and short circuited power source. I cannot explain reasons for this but suspect that there is a fault somewhere in the tender pickup circuitry. I returned the wipers to their position as received and running is fine. Shame the six tender pickups are defunctioned but running appears to have survived.

    NIce Loco Needing Some TLC.

    I knew it needed attention when I bought it, so I didn't expect it to work perfectly first time. A bit fiddly, but very happy that I ended up with a good loco at a reasonable price.

    Excellent Find

    Been looking for a GWR version of the Grange for ages as I was a bit slow of the mark buying one when it was first released by Hornby. This loco came well packaged. no missing parts and in A1 condition. Also could not fault speed of delivery from the time of purchase.
