All six salt blocks delivered broken ,left by my door no one knocked .have contacted seller who offered to let me pay for broken blocks but no good for me as can’t use in machine .there was no fragile sticker on box .when this happened before I had an immediate new order no photo needed or order return. Had to get a friend to buy me some from shop as machine now empty. As I’m registered disabled and pensioner of 75 if found the whole thing stressful. Would like a refund please .
