The picture of this item when advertised was of a perfect hot toys shipper box which is important to collectors. However, arrived damaged. The seller stated this was due to Royal Mail, but the Mail bag was undamaged. Every item that has been sent to me in the past by sellers has been in an additional box, often with bubble wrap also. This is not a seller I would ever buy from again. This was a very unpleasant experience with emails received from the seller because I wished to return item.

As a seller on eBay you unfortunately encounter the odd difficult customer, sadly this was the case with this individual. As you can see from all my other feedback that my service, communication, shipping and quality of product is always 5 stars. This item was sent special and packaged appropriately. A full refund was offered so that the situation could be resolved, but the buyer prolonged the process continuing to abuse me. Please be assured I provide the best service and ignore this feedback.
