      4.5 There was a sticky residue on the right corner and I reached asking how to remove. Seller said it wasn’t there when she shipped it. Not a fan of a seller telling the buyer they did something to an item. It was expensive, why would I ruin an item that I wanted. No real solution offered, unless I wanted to return and pay shipping. A little disappointing.

      I immediately responded to this buyer’s message. As it was an expensive item, I took photos with Metadata that lined up to the day I shipped the item, wanting to prove it was in perfect condition prior to mailing. Seeing as it was an expensive item. I also immediately told the buyer I would accept their return of the item for a full refund. I’m not sure why they preferred to keep the item and post such a review I attempted every option possible to please them.
