CUSTOMER ORDERS
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail). When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any information received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. PRICES
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases can only be made at our current website prices and we cannot be held liable for incorrect prices published by third parties. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All Garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturers’ warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online catalogue applies to domestic use of products. For commercial use, different warranties usually apply – please enquire for details.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We carry a large stock of spares and accessories. We aim to dispatch stock items within 1-2 working days. If you are ordering goods that we do not carry in our stock, we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If the item is out of stock we will keep you informed of any major delays. Revill Mowers ltd shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be held liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time. Revill Mowers ltd shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. Revill Mowers ltd will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver stock items within 3-5 working days to UK mainland addresses. Anything we do not carry in stock will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery can usually be expected within 7-14 days. Our customer services team will keep you updated throughout the order process. Please contact us on 01594 810746 for up-to-date stock availability. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales. All goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the product within a reasonable time frame you will be given the option to wait or cancel your order.

It is possible to select ‘collection in person’ as a delivery option. In this case, you will be notified when your item is available for collection from our premises (during business hours) and your item will be held for seven working days. This period can be extended by telephoning us and arranging an alternative collection date.
DELIVERY CHARGES (Ride-on Mower / Large Machinery)
Delivery is free to addresses within approximately 50 miles of our showroom. Additional charges may apply to delivery addresses beyond this. Please contact us before purchase to discuss.
PACKAGING
We are required to perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on all machinery before they are dispatched and therefore your machinery packaging will have been opened and may shown signs of handling. Occasionally we may have to re-package machinery in to more suitable boxes for transport. Please be assured that all of the products we sell are brand new.
IMPORT DUTY
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
1) Contact us by telephone on 01594 810746 or by email to parts@revillmowers.co.uk for further instructions or to obtain a returns authorisation number.
2) If the return has been agreed then package the goods safely and in a suitable carton (not just the factory box). You should include your order number or invoice number and the returns authorisation number given to you in step 1.
3) Return your goods to: Returns Department, Revill Mowers Ltd, Tufthorn Industrial Estate, Stepbridge Road, Coleford, Gloucestershire, GL16 8PJ, United Kingdom. We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery or another carrier that operates a “signed for” service and obtain proof of postage.
4) On receipt of goods to Revill Mowers Ltd, we will inspect them and contact you by telephone or email and arrange the appropriate refund as per our terms and conditions.
