The World at War Ultimate Restored Edition DVD. As described, great value DVD Set. I remember watching this series as a teenager when it was first broadcast in 1973 alongside my parents & grandparents who had lived through the Second World War. They were able to add their recollections to the history portrayed so vividly on-screen. Only in later life have I come to truly appreciate the horror & fear that they must have felt that this came so very close to being the fate of Britain too.
