    Kundalini Changed My Life

    I purchased This DVD to educate myself on this form of yoga which was going to be taught as part of a Freediving Master Class,Boy was I in for a suprise not only did it get me ready for my class but it gave me a new sense of confidence help me sleep better gave me clearer thoughts and concentration,but it helped me set new personal bests at a competition a week prior to my class but new personal best in the class as well I even got to meet Maya since she lives in Los Angeles and I take her classes whenever possible.Thank You to Mays for helping open a new chapter in my life and making me a better person,Freediver,and helping me find a richer,fuller,life.BUY IT AND USE IT YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!!!!

    Title matches content of DVD

    Maya Fiennes has a very calming voice and is skilled in Kundalini. This video gives explanations as to what Kundalini yoga is and what each asana (pose) is aiming to accomplish. The corpse pose is wonderful! I especially liked that she is an accomplshed composer and wrote all the musical accompianment.

    Great for unknotting your back

    I rented this dvd from netflix and then decided to buy it. I have had a back injury for 24 years from falling off a horse. It makes it very hard to set cross legged on the floor or in any position for very long. So when I start the dvd my back is hurting and within a few excercises it no longer hurts. It's a wonderful thing. Also the music is beautiful and uplifting. I have done the dvd a few times now and always feel better afterwards.

    Kundalini Yoga to Detox and Destress w Maya Fiennes

    I love it! After only 2 uses I feel stronger and less stressed. Maya really makes yoga enjoyable. Kundalini yoga has aided in increasing the flexibility in my 50 + y-o hips and spine and it isn't as painful as I expected to be. I will continue to use it for further improvement.
