  The top arrived in the package and promptly but was smaller than the size described in the listing. I contacted the seller to see if I could exchange it for a larger size but received no response. It would appear I have to return it which involves a fee and re-order in a larger size, the postage alone would virtually exceed the value of the top. Not impressed.

  The top sent was the size that the customer had ordered so not incorrect, the top was too small for the customer and they wanted to return for a refund and purchase a larger size which is not a problem, but they have not started a return request to enable us to do this for them

  The item I ordered xxl it was more like a big large. I contacted seller and ive sent it back. They stated in the messages they would pay return postage never recived it just the cost of the item that there will just resell so it's cost me £3.69 and ive got nothing to show for it. I've lost and there gained as I fill this was not my fault it was not explain that size are smaller in sellers description. I sent pictures of parcel and postage reciept also to seller. Hope you can help resolve this.
