Hi, I’ve offered you advice on cleaning the game you are using as that tends to be a factor to games crashing. I advised opening a case with eBay so that you could return and I could refund you. If your answer is to just leave me negative feedback then that’s up to you. I would have been more than happy to accept a return and refund you.
