Rarely leave negative FB, but this seller is dishonest. Agreed to combine postage but was unable to do this via her settings so agreed to refund the difference after the sale. Only received a partial refund therefore the cost of the postage was increased. Messaged seller to give them the opportunity to rectify this and have have no response. One week later and I am still waiting...........

I did combine the postage. I refunded £2 as I do on many of my orders as usually it is £1 for an extra item. I then refunded you the extra pound, so you only paid for the one postage.
There was a few days delay in me answering your message but I was away on holiday. I messaged you as soon as I was back. I am very sorry you feel this way but I think calling me dishonest is a little harsh.
