Great item so no issues there! But communication could be better- i had to chase delivery the week it was due, it came a week later than expected with very little notice to accommodate arrival. No demonstration or set up was given - just brought upstairs and left still wrapped, with the manual stapled to the invoice and told of 2 buttons I needed but no mention of how to open the feet which tripped us up at first. We soon worked it out and now we love it! Thank you
