This Softener Block doesn't fit on Harvey Arc, the salt blocks are not curved, so the information about saying that is suitable for all softeners is wrong.
The seller was not able to provide a new return label as the label he had didn't cover all the qty I bought i.e. the 24kg of salt blocks.
