After a week I reach out and am told the part is on back order until the end of the month, something that was not on the add and the add stated the part was in stock. At this point I ask for a refund. Then there response is it shipped yesterday so no refund, though USPS disagrees. Lastly they don’t participate in the eBay money back guarantee, so I’m SOL.

This gave the appearance that the seller was asleep at the wheel when in fact the shipping and tracking was out of their hands. A simple explanation on the listing that the product was not coming from Florida would have helped tremendously. Overall, a good and expedient transaction.
