All our returns are covered under the eBay money back guarantee for 30 days, the only exception to this is items listed under the "For parts or not working" category. Items listed under this category are listed solely as spares or repairs and are exempt from returns. No returns will be accepted, or refunds given.

The warranty covers hardware faults or defects for 6 months from date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us via your messenger service or by email to discuss this with us.
The warranty excludes instances of accidental damage, screen cracks or damage, water or liquid damage or anything occurring because of excessive use. Items that naturally degrade over time such as batteries are not covered under warranty. The warranty also does not cover the device if there has been an attempted repair to the device and this will void the warranty we provide. We reserve the right to refuse a repair if any contravention of terms has been found and repairs will be at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to repair rather than replace under the terms of your warranty. If a repair is not a viable solution, a replacement device will be sent or refund in the last instance. If we send you a replacement, the warranty continues and does not extend from the new date of replacement.
All devices will have serial numbers and IMEI logged in our system. Only the device we send out to you is eligible under this warranty.
We reserve the right to decline false or fraudulent claims and further reserve the right to take legal/civil action against fraudulent returns.

    iPhone 6S

    Quite a bit bigger than previous iPhones, those who struggle with the 'teeny weeny' keyboard buttons on previous versions will find this a lot easier to use. In addition '3D Touch' makes the screen much more sensitive than my old '5S', so no more tap, tap tapping to get a response. Battery life is a little better than the 5 / 5S but still needs regular charging every other day, though I guess that's down to how much you use it during the day. Overall I must say I like the 6S, but since smart phones became popular I've only ever had Apple phones. So if you're thinking of changing up from an older iPhone, definitely consider the 6S.

    Shocking value

    From my 2021 perspective, this phone is still amazing and it is crazy good value today. My daily phone is the 2020 iPhone SE and I got this 6S as a spare, and performance wise it is almost identical to the SE. Daily tasks such as communicating, browsing the web and consuming media is hassle free, and heavy game titles run okay but not amazing like the newer iPhones with faster processors. There were no major slowdowns and the fact that it runs the same exact software as the newest iPhones is truly remarkable. This phone gets all the basics right and it is a great companion device with its compact design. My advice would be to change the battery if you plan on using this as your main phone, so you don't experience performance issues or batter issues. It has my full recommendation, either ...

    iPhone 6s is a great device! Very fast with a decent battery life and useful features like Apple Pay that comes in handy at Tube stations and when you do small shopping. The OS is super fast and phone's build quality is superb! Absolutely recommended product!

    Great phone

    Really pleased with this phone after upgrading from an iPhone 5C. Great camera, great battery life and great speed. A little big, still looking for a good grippy case as it's a little large to hold with one hand. I think the price Apple Pay is way too high, so pleased to have found a bargain on eBay.
