Auction, I won I added the official UK address I paid the amount and it was not sent to me. The money was transferred to me, but he did not act fairly

Buyer bought an item, asked for the item to be sent to a forwarding address. I did not wish to send to a forwarding address because I am still liable for the part even after it reaches forwarding address. Full refund received and mentioned that I can not send to any of the Freight addresses the buyer gave me. Feel like this bad review was not needed as I haven't a problem for 10 years.
