The people who sells this dvd are beautiful and nice people. They have excellent services and prompt shipment for a great price. They are highly recommended, but this dvd, sorry to say, it was just like a "B-moveie" rated. Very poorly done by the History Channel. Parts are repeatingly dialogued just to stretch out the story, I was thinking that the dvd was damaged as it was like a broken record, repeating itself. The dvd is 90 minutes long, but it could be edited into less than 30 minutes, it still you won't miss a part, and you would not know if it was cutted, but better viewed. I leave this in neutral and leave it to the individual persons each to decide for themselves. Many gaps and lacks in the film, and not too much informative. Instead of leaving you facinating, you're still stay wondering in your mind and leave you with blank thoughts, but yet give you a heap to want more of it.Read full review
Beyond the Da Vinci Code “Beyond the Da Vinci Code”, from the History Channel and A&E Television Networks, delivers what it promises in the title with a thorough examination of historical elements and controversial ideas included in Dan Brown’s novel, The Da Vinci Code. With stunning cinematography and recreated historical events, this program brings to life key elements of the Da Vinci Code plot including; the origins of the Knights Templar, early records of the Priory of Sion, Mary Magdalene, theories of the Holy Grail and hidden interpretations in the masterpieces of Leonardo Da Vinci. History buffs will certainly enjoy the detailed examinations of subjects from Dan Brown’s novel that have now become so familiar. Although the historical details are complex at times, the program progresses quickly covering the many historical elements with thought provoking analysis from scholars and experts. The Chapters of this Program include: 1.) Persecution of the Faith 2.) A Kingdom on Earth 3.) Gnostic Origins 4.) The Holy Grail 5.) Council of Mycea 6.) Re-writing Christianity 7.) The Knights Templar 8.) Famous Grandmaster 9.) Cathedral of Codes 10.) Masonic Conspiracy 11.) Beyond the Final Chapter There are several reasons for giving a five star review: First; This program maintains a careful and balanced viewpoint of the historical events and provides extensive analysis from scholars to explore conclusions beyond the chapters of the Da Vinci Code novel. Second; The cinematography and time lapsed sequences are not only visually striking, but also very effective in creating a sense of movement through time from the past to the present. The images of historical figures fading in and then fading out and vanishing in time is very effective. Third; The overall quality is very good and the material is thorough and comprehensive. (The total playing time is 90 minutes)Read full review
I will take this movie at a distant. I beleive in jesus it is nice to have the thought that mary was held in such honnor and glory in god. I will have an open mind. It is a beautiful story. It show that the women mary that was condenmed so low as a prostitue is looked at in a beautiful women who carry a baby yes without marriage in the legel way is honnor so much by god and jesus which i beleive is one. That god would even have such respect for the women. In this day of age how maybe the twisted conscept of women being all so badly treat can be so honnor in gods eyes.....god love and jesus in the womb of mary makes me beleive that maybe this is our delimea......which god love us with faithfulness even in the worst of condition. blessed all mothers of the earth and heaven let hold them in high honnor as god does. and all children are blessing from god giving by women.... love the women and children with honnor and respect always.Read full review
review for a fictional cell phone: Review Title: Inexpensive phone for the features, but hard to use Review: I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

I liked it for the way they packed all the information about the Vinci Code and beyond........... killing the myths out and putting in the facts in comparison with Dan Brown's best seller. Disliked the lot of questions they left without the asnwer preety much like Dan Brown's novel.
It was very interesting, I enjoyed it. It wasn't as long as I thought it might be, but had some good information. Seemed slightly repetitive.
I enjoyed this DVD and find the information it offered interesting fodder for further review. Beautifully shot, with plenty of research to back up thesis. Perhaps a fun DVD for those who found Dan Brown's books fascinating.
The DVD of the original, The Da Vinci Code, is a film I could see over and over. The 'Beyond.....' is only a rehash and not worth the time or money.
vary interesting d.v.d. it pretty much breaks down the stigmata of the church and the so called hidden beliefs of the church cover ups.
