**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER** Car part arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Was given the run around by seller and over 11 messages and three investigations by eBay: finally refunded my money. 0/10 for service. All excuses given but all were incorrect. Seller has liability for returned items and payment of postage. Not mine, not Hermes and he promised to refund as a stalling tactic. Run by father and son, both named Leonard Evans – couple of chancers! :-D **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER**

Part was advertised as Brand New but arrived heavily scratched and unusable. Was told by the seller "Jesus, it was only £25". Did get a full refund as the seller was "not hard up for £25 obviously"

was not sold the item that was in the photos and then when i complained about sending it back as it were damaged i was told i had to apy for the postage, seller did not offer any resolution about changing it or refunding item. overall very poor service!
