Rolex dial arrived scratched in many places, despite being sold as in excellent condition. It was unopened until inspected by a reputable Rolex jeweller, who confirmed the damage & took photos. Seller refused return or refund, blamed handling, and was dismissive throughout. Photos (distant) in the listing didn’t show the marks, likely hidden by angles or lighting. Very disappointing experience. We don’t understand how this happened, and made sure that we did everything in our part to make this right. Hopefully we can make it up to you on your next purchase.
