Paid for the shoes and waited for them to be dispatched. After six days I contacted them to ask if the shoes had been dispatched as the auction estimate for delivery was 3 to 5 days. I received no reply to my request for information.The date for delivery on my order was changed to add another 4 to 6 days later, so I decided I still wanted the shoes and was prepared to wait. The next day after my initial enquiry a refund was issued with no explanation as to why. Appalling customer service.
