Recorder arrived on time and was well packaged.
I needed to transfer some VHS-C tapes.
Played a DVD and was very impressed with the quality of both vision and sound .
Unfortunately when I tried to record a tape I found that the recording juddered continuously and was unwatchable.
I messaged the seller and explained the problem and said as it did not cost me a lot of money, I would keep for a spare DVD player.
Seller immediately replied, apologised, it was ok when sent and offered a refund.
