    great value, loads of features

    Recommrnded by youtube, much more accurate than grandads scientific calculator, gives floating point answers on very small numbers, eg less than .00001 I bought the refurbushed unit! Of course, the colour of the calculator is a bit lurid - baby blue

    Not suitable for my requirements

    I'm a working engineer and I wanted a calculator with trigonometry functions. I thought that this item would be suitable, but I discovered that it is incapable of performing simple decimal calculations. Fro example, if I try to divide 68 by 12 (68/12) the answer is given as an improper fraction 17 over 3 (17/3). This is no good to me at all.

    Essential School/University Calculator - Casio fx-85GT PLUS

    This calculator is good value and provides all the maths functions you will require from GCSE through level 1 university maths. This is my second purchase of this model and I was very pleased to get the same calculator at an excellent price from WHS. I would have preferred the dark grey colour but they were not supplying that colour at the time of purchase. However I am still very pleased with the purchase and recommend it.
