Additional Information
AC/DC reconvened to pay tribute to their late founding member Malcolm Young, winding up with deeply felt good-time rock & roll.
Reviews
"An album of eardrum-shredding guitar terror and odes to raising hell. It’s their best record since 1990’s THE RAZOR'S EDGE.", "POWER UP is the band’s first album since the guitarist’s passing in 2017, but it uses some ideas Malcolm left behind, and feels very much in the spirit of his seismic work.", 4 stars out of 5 -- "This 17th offering from the Australian legends sees them delivering a love letter to heavy rock at a time when, they reckon its unbridled power has arguably never been more in demand...", 4 stars out of 5 -- "On POWER UP, they get perhaps as morose as AC/DC are ever likely to on “Through The Mists Of Time”, but this is nevertheless a pounding metal anthem with a soaring chorus, screeching solos and drums that pound like a diplodocus’s heartbeat."

Great communication with seller. Seller tried their best to locate the item, as well as myself, but item not found due to delivery gone bad. Still leaving positive feedback for the seller.

AC/DC if it ain't broke don't fix it

As a long time fan I consider AC/DC to be one of the greatest rock bands of all time. With the recent history putting an end to the band I never expected a "real" new album. I heard the rumours & when the album came out I had a listen, enjoyed it & then played it again & then again. The last few albums have underwhelmed me but this is their best work since The Razors Edge in my opinion. With the demise of some of the greats in recent times including Malcolm Young, Eddie Van Halen, Chris cornell it is good to know that AC/DC can still rock, putting bands less than half their age to shame. the production quality is great although very polished in my view but you understand why. Brian sounds awesome belting out the songs like it was the 80s all over again! Long live AC/DC 🤘 Have a ...

    Music.

Hasnt got the hooks that make it stand out...typical style of ac/dc but lacks sparkle..good for listening to but not one to get to grips with..and listen on repeat mode...

  • I'm sure Mal would have appreciated .....

AC/DC back to their brilliant best, each band member on top form, none moreso than Brian Johnson whose voice seemed effortlessly powerful and sustained. Will this be their last album after everything that has been going on ? Who knows, but if if did turn out to be the case, it would sure be going out in style !

Another great helping of high voltage rock n roll from the legendary AC/DC doing what only they can do,with there classic brand of high energy bad boy rock! They always come up with the goods, and on this album as far as I'm concerned they don't dissapoint, full of the classic ac/dc hallmark sound! Every track deliveres Definitely worth aquiring.

  • The band goes "old school" with their latest album

The band goes "old school" with their latest album. the boys have gone back to basics with this offering. non of your anthemic "BIG SOUND" TRACKS LIKE Thunderstruck or Heatseeker here. And nothing that you can really sing a long to.which is a little disappointing. but hey, that's just my opinion.
