missing parts when arrived. i have been trying to communicate with them, but they are just not listening. they keep saying it will take 25 days to send a new one, they dont arrange this, then 2 weeks later they say the same thing. they also told me to go on eBay and buy the missing parts. i have requested a refund twice but so far have had no joy. am extremely frustrated.
