However, those responsible for letting me know when it might be delivered or has been received for dispatch sadly did nothing. I only got the parcel by a happy coincidence of my going out to unlock the gates to let a friend in and found the delivery driver at the same time. A quick Email about the delivery surely is not too much to ask?! Otherwise, great all round. Thanks. PS Email was 4 hours after delivery
