Too many Sellers ignoring fair practice over Descriptions nowadays. Item was listed as in 'as new condition'. Please see photos below. Seller's response was highly unsatisfactory. All else to blame except himself, even laughably suggesting that the wear must have happened in transit in post. Seller also tried to assert that should the item be fully functional, then the condition is not a factor when claiming a Used item as 'As New'. Way too much self-justification and not enough real apology.
