When my package arrived the Yodel delivery driver showed me the packaged torn at the front of the parcel and liquid running out of the bottom corner. The item was obviously broken. The Yodel lady said that she was marking it ‘delivery refused, goods damaged’. I’ve no idea now how I claim a refund as I have no parcel to return. As yet, I have heard nothing from Yodel, the seller or e-bay. It’s the first time I’ve bought anything from eBay so I would have appreciated some advice .
