Asked seller to track the item as it had not arrived. She sent a screenshot of a postage with no indication that this was for my item. Was then sent the wrong tracking number and was told to keep trying as the number is sometimes "dodgy". I then a barrage of messages which made me feel as I had been told off. Still have not received my item and have no idea when I will get it!

I have to say l am shocked and disappointed by your feedback, l posted your trousers on the 2nd of April, l provided proof of this, Royal Mail attempted to deliver your trousers on the 5th of April, you were not at home, they also said they will attempt to deliver on the next working day which will be tomorrow, l provided proof of this also using the tracking number that l gave you.
