Very pleased with this purchase. Just opened and it was indeed in excellent condition and looked brand new! It connected without a problem to my wifi and all seems fine. Box was damaged on delivery but very well packed inside and thankfully no damage appears to have been done. When considering purchase of a different laptop I spoke to Ryan who was extremely helpful and took time explaining the pros and cons of different laptops on offer.
