    Came in an Amazon box. Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."

    So comfortable

    I absolutely love these things. I bought one for work and recently another for home. They provide soft, beany comfort for your wrist and prevent a lot of pain. Plus, for 8.99 was very affordable. Arrived quickly.

    very stiff

    Not that comfortable it actually hurts more than helps I never even use it but I keep it in my laptop bag just in case someone else might want to but I personally don't like it for $8 it should be comfy. It's just filled with little plastic balls.
