    The pump came in great condition, was packaged appropriately. We felt like the pump price was fair and the shipping seemed reasonable since it was going from Florida to Oregon. But was still hard to swallow the cost. The shipping seemed to take longer than anticipated (but that could be because we didn’t have water for a week 😏). I would definitely buy from this company again.

    Ordered this rebuild kit with an expected delivery date of 7/12/25. Every day the package shows out for delivery, then at end of day "arrived at a local FedEx facility" , every day since 7/12/25. Contacted FedEx and they are opening an investigation, no telling how long that will take. Contacted seller, said they monitoring the delivery and hasn't reached back since to the additional messages I have sent. Opened a case with Ebay but it's on hold til 7/28/25. Meanwhile I'm out $260. Buyer beware
