I did not keep the shoes because I felt cheated by the seller. I do not think £4 to go towards the postal costs and efforts is unreasonable, as do hundreds of buyers we have helped previously who were happy !!

Then said they would look into it. Not heard anything back. Would of returned but needed the boots. Dark brown is nothing close to the chestnut brown that was sent. This seller is letting buyers think that the item they are ordering is what is listed. Beware if buying from this seller you won't get what you ordered. This was many weeks ago, I do not understand why all of a sudden you decide to leave negative feedback after all this time?
