    I found the transaction relatively painless, although the vendor was somewhat indifferent. A little confusion regrding delivery, was soon overcome (don't always assume your purchase will be delivered even if you are paying for delivery, as this can be referred to as a glitch with ebay) Hands up to the "misunderstanding" and I arranged collection at considerable expense. Perhaps a lesson at the school of politeness and customer service woldn't go a miss. No real problem. I do have my order now !
