    Brilliant but with one drawback

    When the Turbo Head failed on my Dyson DC53 I was astounded at the prices that were being asked for a replacement. After much shopping round I made this purchase. It was dispatched very quickly and was a realistic price with free shipping. I was not disappointed with the product original new and well packaged. It is in daily use and the difference in my carpets is noticeable. I will however watch for a failure in a certain component within the head as replacements are impossible to source even from the Dyson home site. This necessitates the replacement of the whole head unit as a consequence.It is brilliant while working but the failure of this one drive pulley within the head turbo is a weakness which parts are not available for.This is my third turbo Head now in 7 years however I just ...

    genuine, yes, dood value, dont think so, you do expect to pay a little extra for genuine manufactures parts. but twice/three times the price of non-genuine parts??. it does however do the job extreamly well..

    It's a Dyson so it works.

    It's a Dyson so it will work but it is a shame that the previous one stopped working !! This supplier was the cheapest but it was still expensive for what it is and of course the vacuum cleaner is useless without it. This new one does not seem to work quite the same as the original but it does the job and I will have forgotten the price in due course !!
