Then when I logged it with eBay as not arrived it arrived the next day. Can’t really work out if the seller was waiting for the stock to arrive as I had combined items or if DHL had an error. Communication could be better as no reply’s for a couple days lead to frustration. However, all items as described , brand new and well packaged. Said it wold arrive Thursday but got a text message on Tuesday saying it be delivered later that day. Well actually there is no customer service! paid £600 for a shower which I would expect to be perfect condition for that price. noticed a few scratches on the control panel when unpacking, took photos and messaged the company. Didn't get reply so messaged again and still no reply.
