You should compound/polish first and apply as directed. A little goes a long way. Buff off with a MF towel and be amazed. A++++ ebay seller. Thank you.

    Fast processing and arrived quickly. Questioned country of origin and there's no way to contact Muteki, but I contacted Wheel Mate since their name is on the package. Kept seller informed and some responses from the seller were good while others were subpar. Answered quickly, though. Overall, the item is legitimate and what was ordered. There was just confusion because of a manufacturing process changed by Muteki. They switched from Japan to Taiwan.
