    Good quality, Big design flaw.

    The whole point of having a 1/2" hose is to reduce pressure loss as much as possible. Shockingly, not only is the internal stem's port only about 1/4" wide (huge restriction), there is only one! On every other swivel fitting I have seen there has been always at least two air ports on opposite sides of the stem to make up for the swivel positions and to provide better flow during operation. This did not significantly perform better than the 1/4" swivel I was trying to replace this with! Not wanting lose more of my time and return the item, I decided to drill the extra hole on the stem and open up the threaded ends holes (a bit undersized too). I reduced the pressure drop to my 1/2" impact gun by a factor of nearly 15 psi, almost as good as a plain elbow! I use a tee with a gauge at the ...
