    This was the first time we have used this seller & ordered Block Salts for a water softener. We had really good service as the goods arrived within a short time. However, the courier service they used delivered the cardboard boxes in the most damaged state which was held together with loads of sticky tape. We were expecting the blocks of salt to be damaged but surprisingly they appear to be undamaged.

    Great Seller, Poor Courier !!!. 1 box arrived on time but has been thrown about. on opening, some blocks are broken in two, most have damaged corners, 2nd box finally arrived a week later and was so bad the courier has tried to patch up the box, again damaged blocks !.... Received a message that they tried to Deliver at 5:48AM the day before scheduled date. Waited in all day on the scheduled delivery date but they didn't turn up. Their tracker is a waste of time....Not good at all Fedex !!!

    Items arrived promptly and are as described. The six pack arrived in two boxes of three packs each. They were too heavy for me to lift from the doorstep so I opened the boxes and carried two packs at a time to my storage area. I found one pack had ripped open and I resealed with sticky tape.
