When I tried to to contact the seller to track down the package , they were unresponsive so I had to contact ebay, for which the seller called me deceitful. It was so strange ; seemed like a new kind of scam?Reply from: japan-grade- Feedback replied to by seller japan-grade.- Feedback replied to by seller japan-grade.Unfortunately the jacket was shipped to an incorrect address. I tried contacting the person that received the jacket and followed up multiple times to get the jacket back to send to the correct buyer, unfortunately that person didn't respond and kept the jacket. I issued a full refund to the buyer, no questions asked, with an apology for the mix up. No scams, no deceit, just a plain and simple mistake.
