Then when I logged it with eBay as not arrived it arrived the next day. Can’t really work out if the seller was waiting for the stock to arrive as I had combined items or if DHL had an error. Communication could be better as no reply’s for a couple days lead to frustration. However, all items as described , brand new and well packaged. Said it wold arrive Thursday but got a text message on Tuesday saying it be delivered later that day. Seller responded immediately, but couldn t sent missing parts due to ongoing investigation. I bought same stuff somewhere else and seller fully refunded me without hesitation. Also apologised on behalf of DHL. Good customer service, even phone number provided to sort out the problem. If I could wait for my stuff longer, I ll definitely wait for an item to be sent again, but my plumber was booked already, so I took refund.
