    The item was exactly as described and offered at a very competative price point. However, the packaging of the item left a lot to be desired! The box that the items were shipped in was basically crushed when I received the package delivery at my front door. The shipper even put a sticker on the box indicating that the package was received by them damaged. Fortunately the items in the box did not sustain any damage.

    Works great

    I have a 5 x 7 spa and for the 4 years I have had it I have only used this Reserve/Renew method. Water is clear and easy to maintain. I clean the filter weekly, often add aroma therapy oil designed for spas and when I do change the water use Metal Gone and other Leisure Time products.
