    Turning Point for Elvis Costello ?

    This is a used copy ( in very good condition) of a reissue. Originally released in 1996/7 my copy is the re rerelease from 2001. It was EC ‘s last record for Warner Bros. ( not including compilations ). This version comes with a 28 page booklet and a bonus of demo’s & songs that were left off the album. The booklet also includes an account by EC detailing how the album was created in the first place and the circumstances of his working life at this time. Interestingly he tells how it wasn’t meant to be an Attractions record & mentions the tension between himself and the band plus his unhappiness with the album’s lack of commercial success. The first song on the album is co-written with Aimee Mann and another track was co-wrote with Paul McCartney. I personally like this album especially ...
