As soon as I open the case the item arrives the following day, How convenient. Needless to say I'll be sending it back! This item was sent within working day off the purchase being made, a courier handling error meant it sat with them for days on end before it finally moved on further, the tracking updated and it was then consequently delivered after it should have been. But why would we not send it and wait until a case was opened if we had no intention of sending it? That doesn't help anyone! We are a legitimate and honest setup and prioritise customer satisfaction.
