    Exactly as described and hoped for. Perfect fit. Carefully packed. Fantastic. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is ( one piece of tent pole) but in this case worth it. Item ordered on Monday, arrived Friday 7pm which was not as quickly as I hoped despite quick dispatch (deadline missed as result) - maybe delivery service could be better chosen? All in all I am very happy with this company. They care!

    This company is amazing! :-) Needed to replace (fiberglass) poles on my Sendero 4 that have awkward lengths, ring-and-pin fitting, etc. Had a good chat with Stephen and got some expert & honest advice. Ordered accordingly, and had the new poles delivered 3 days later. And they are freaking perfect - lightweight, fit like a glove, and the tent is stable like a rock. Total turn-around 5 days, with a quality product, really nice customer service and unbeatable price. Will buy again when needed!!!
