Quickly realised fitting this Bottom Bracket ( BB ) was going to be easy compared to some I've bought . With the BB removal tool slotting into the splines nicely with no usual interference fit it was a pleasure to install . Out on the open road testing it proved positive with complete smoothness in delivery of power through the pedals . Very happy with this sealed bearing BB purchase

Finally I gave up and ordered a Shimano one which went in no trouble. Note that the threaded parts of this bottom bracket are steel, not the aluminium of the Shimano item so more danger of damaging the threads in the housing.

Now fixed so if your restoring a bike and nothing lines up at the front any more get one of this these that will fix it
