    Ordered Tue 4/11 and due to be received by Fri 7/11, but not rcd and tracking showing still with seller. Queried by message and after delay advised parcel would be sent. Parcel then arrived Fri 14/11. So a week later than expected. However, aside from the delay, the parcel arrived well packaged, inside a plastic crate, with lots of bubble wrap. The monitor is of excellent quality with no scratches or marks that I can see. I am very happy with the monitor it is a great improvement over my old one

    First laptop received was too small, but they replaced it without question just a few days later paying for the postage both ways. After a week ran into an issue with the replacement laptop, which had to be sent back again at no cost to me, but had to wait a further week for it to be fixed and returned to me. A week on it seems as good as knew and for the price paid a lot cheaper than most retail outlets and good communication and assistance received via their chat line.
