They allegedly attempted delivery 2.5hrs before advised delivery slot but the delivery person did not ring my entryphone buzzer. Their photo to back up delivery attempt was just the parcel itself so absolutely pointless. The following day they left the parcel outside the stair door and again did not ring my buzzer.
