I explained this to the seller and asked for a partial refund of £6.50 for the inconvenience or I could return it as it is not as described. The seller kindly and promptly obliged with a partial refund. I would say the packaging could have been better as the item was not bubble wrapped. Cut up polystyrene does more damage than good in transit.
